Boutique hotels are creating an experience for the guest, not just a stay. It all about the design and the little details, that makes it different, it makes you comfortable and you feel like at home. They are usually smaller so they can offer a more cozy stay than chain hotels. But also many chain hotels have a great design and offer a completely different stay.
